I'd like to introduce you my first fashion collection. It was the collection for graduation. Designed and sewn by me. I was inspired by the sea and Stephane Rolland's fashion. I combined two techniques to made this collection. Draping and hand embellishment. I hope you enjoy!

MAXI SKIRTS FOR FALL / INSPIRATIONS

Like Project Runway

Hello!

The end of the first year at Fashion School looked like Project Runway :) Together with the headmaster and two teachers we went to wooden cabins by the lake. We arrived on Friday, we had a meeting where lecturers explained us the rules of the assessment. We were divided into four-person groups, three designers and one stylist. We had a few hours to select 5 species of plants and sketch 5 drawings for each plant. Later we had a consultation with lecturers in which direction we have to go with a selected plant. After brainstorming we decided to use a cane :) The materials that we could use were: 2,5m of the white fabric, 2,5m of the black one as well, sprays, paints and threads only in three colors: black, white and gray. We had a few hours on Friday and up to 2p.m. on Saturday, after which we had to do a photo shoot outdoors. It was a very creative assignment! We had a lot of fun.

Zakończenie 1szego roku w Fashion School odbyło się rodem z Project Runway:) Razem z dyrektorką szkoły i dwoma wykładowcami pojechaliśmy na domki nad jezioro. Przyjechaliśmy w piątek, mieliśmy zebranie, na którym wyjaśnili nam zasady zaliczenia. Zostaliśmy podzieleni na 4osobowe grupy, 3 projektantów i 1 stylista. Mieliśmy kilka godzin na wybranie 5 gatunków roślin i naszkicowanie po 5 rysunków żurnalowych do każdej rośliny. Później mieliśmy konsultacje z wykładowcami w którym kierunku mamy iść z konkretną juz rośliną. Rośliny musiałam wybrać sama, ponieważ pozostali projektancki z mojej grupy, dojechali dopiero o 15, ale to mało istotne. Po burzy mózgów postanowiliśmy użyć trzciny:) Materiały, które mogliśmy mieć ze sobą to: 2,5m białej tkaniny, 2,5m czarnej tkaniny, spraye, farby i nici w trzech kolorach: czarne, białe i szare. Mieliśmy kilka godzin w piątek i czas do 14 w sobotę, po czym sami mieliśmy zrobić sesje zdjęciową w plenerze. Było to bardzo kreatywne zadanie! Wszyscy świetnie się bawiliśmy:)
